Masterpiece Engraving offers great benefits to our clients with our reduced cost engraving services. We are able to offer engraving services at affordable prices by keeping our own costs down. Masterpiece Engraving does not maintain a retail location so our costs are significantly lower than many businesses as we pay only for our office and shop space. These costs are significantly lower than paying for a high traffic retail location. We also keep costs down by not having regularly scheduled staff for extensive phone service and providing communication mainly by email. This allows us to respond to all clients in a timely manner at our convenience during the busy work days. Note: All engraving orders MUST be processed online. We apologize, but due to text and spelling requirements, we cannot take an order via the telephone.

Order Processing and Delivery
Your custom engraved order will ship 5 to 10 business days after you approve the layout format proof, or after completing an order through our online Product Builder. Occasionally orders with unique preparation, processing, or material needs may require additional time. Masterpiece Engraving will inform you of the estimated time of delivery upon evaluation of these special needs and conditions.

Proof and Confirmations
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a Proof and Confirmation by email. This includes the order details and an image of your engraving layout (proof).
Note: Masterpiece Engraving will not process the engraving until we receive approval from you first.

Custom Engraving Work
Masterpiece Engraving uses state of the art engraving processes. Our processes include the use of high speed rotary engraving tools, sand carving, and laser engraving equipment. Laser engraving provides the most accurate and detailed results, giving us the most control to provide you with a creation that surpasses expectations.
Custom Engraving is the highlight of our service and we welcome inquiries for any type of custom engraving work. Ask us to build something for you. Anything! If we can't accomplish the work for you, we'll tell you who can. If you own something special you would like personalized or enhanced with engraving, just ask!

Money Back Guarantee

All work is presented in an engraved simulation or layout format proof for your final approval prior to the initiation of the engraving process. A final approval option is provided when using our Online Product Builder to review the way your engraved piece will look. Masterpiece Engraving will require approval of the simulated engraving or layout prior to creating your product to ensure your instructions are followed and you receive the personalized piece you desire.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the final product, you have 5 business days from the date of receiving the product to contact Masterpiece Engraving to obtain a return authorization. Any return requests must be submitted by email. You are responsible for return shipping costs and have the option of having the work redone to your satisfaction or receiving a full refund of your total purchase price once Masterpiece Engraving receives the product back. Returns must be in new condition. Exchanges will only be made to correct elements of your original order so you receive the satisfactory results you are looking for. Masterpiece Engraving reserves the right to decline a second engraving and opt to give a full refund if a product is returned.

Online Security - Our website uses the standard for online security by incorporating our own SSL certificate (SSL: Secure Socket Layer - 128 bit encryption). Our ordering process is easy and can be fun to use our Product Designer to make your own creations with our graphics and fonts. All of the options you need are included in the order process with convenient links for additional information and instructions to make your ordering experience as simple and easy as can be. Our Product Builder also includes an easy to use upload utility for sending your digital pictures to us for engraving.

Product pricing - all pricing includes graphics or pictures and text on the size and type of product you are ordering. Some items may include extra engraving options for an additional cost (such as gold leaf fill, color fill, etc.). Our stock graphics require no further processing so carry no additional charges for use in your items. Photography or graphics supplied by customers will always require further processing to be used in your item and do carry an additional charge when included in your purchase, though most of these charges are listed with products on our site or in our pricing page. For collage engravings that involve more than one image processing, there is a $12.00 charge for each additional image to be processed.

Important information about your own images - Digital graphics should be 300 dpi and equal in print size as the engraving for the best results. We know that not every customer has the resources or ability to work with images, so the basic rule for you to follow in choosing images to send to us is to obtain the highest quality image you are able to. Our standard image processing fee is a flat $12.00. If your image requires substantial work to process, you will be given all pricing in advance of any work being started.

PLEASE send all of your graphics through our Product Builder or via email. Wal-Mart and many other common stores and photography studios offer image scanning very inexpensively for those customers that do not have access to a scanner of their own or through a friend.

Scanning Service - If you find that you must rely on our scanning services, there will be an additional $12.00 charge to cover scanning, and handling and return of your image.

Copyrights & Trademarks:
By submitting logos, art or any other images to Masterpiece Engraving, you guarantee that you have legal rights and/or legal permission and are authorizing Masterpiece Engraving to reproduce said images. Purchaser / customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against supplier for all trademark or copyright infringements.
